For non‑power trim models, 15 ft.(4.58 m) harness and built‑in warning horn. New

Stroke engines generation change above S/N OR192772 and new 15/20 4 Stroke
engines will use Gen I series T/S Cables
Fits all current Mercury/Mariner outboards 6 hp. and above (without power trim),
and 1993 and newer Force outboards 40 hp and higher utilizing Mercury style
cables (with power trim). When used with a MY2005 and newer 8/9.9/15/20
Comes with 4 ft.(1.22 m) trim harness with the 3 pin Molex connector. All
FourStroke outboard an adapter harness 892473A01 is required. Gen I cable must
installations require a separate Ignition/Choke assembly and Throttle/Shift Cables
be used with this control
to complete the installation. Power trim adapter harness included to convert 3 pin
Molex connector to the traditional 3 blade Mercury connector. Neutral safety switch
leads are 6.5 ft.(1.98 m) long and have bullet connectors on the ends. Lanyard
switch leads also have bullet connectors on ends. Must use Gen II Throttle/Shift
Cables design. ( 897978A__) 8‑9.9 4 Stroke engines 2005 and newer will use
896145A series and 8/9.9/generation change above S/N OR192772 and 15/20 4
