We are not able to provide technical information or troubleshooting service by phone or email. We do offer excellent REPAIR MANUAL BOOKS and ONLINE REPAIR MANUALS for immediate access. We also maintain a public BOAT REPAIR FORUM where you can seek advice from the boating community.


Can you help me identify which parts fit my motor?
The best way to find the right parts is to start with your engine identification. Gather details like the engine brand, Model/Serial numbers, horsepower and year. We have many parts lookup options in our BOAT ENGINE PARTS area including engine diagrams, application charts and catalogs. If you need more help please gather your engine details and CONTACT US online.


If the part I need is marked "Unavailable" can you get it for me?
Products without an Add to Cart button are not available to be ordered. We do our best to find and display available replacement parts. Products with an Add to Cart button can be ordered and will be shipped according to the stock message displayed.


How fast can I get my order delivered?
Can I pick up my order at the store?
Our shipping options range from Standard Ground up to Next Day Air. Options vary based on the products being ordered and your location. Please add your items to the shopping cart along with your address to see service choices and delivery days. We are not able to offer pick-up at a warehouse or store location.


How do I track my shipment?

Do you have Military, Senior or Shop discounts?
We offer discounts on individual products and provide any available mark-downs on the site before you add to cart. We provide these up-front discounts to seniors, military, service shops and EVERYONE who shops with us.


Do you charge sales tax?
Many states now require the collection of sales tax for online orders. If tax is required by your state it will be calculated during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Do you have Tax Exempt Accounts for businesses?
Yes, if your business is buying parts for resale and has a valid state tax exempt certificate. Please CONTACT US to request instructions for providing your tax exempt paperwork and creating an online shopping account. NOTE: Tax exempt orders must be placed on the website with an account. We are not able to take tax exempt orders by phone.


Can I add more parts to my existing order?
Can I change the shipping method for my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed through to our warehouse system we are not able to make changes. If you find you need additional parts please place a separate order and we will get to work on it right away.
