    '69 johnson 25hp Lower unit full of water

    It doesnt leak any gear lube, but its like when i run it, the water gets in there and pushes all the lube out! . I just had a new prop shaft seal, water tube grommet, impeller and housing, and spaghetti seal. Anyone know why this would happen?

    Won't shift into forward

    Armature plate moves violently when motor started

    When i pull the motor over the armature plate twists with the flywheel a good 1/4 turn. when the motor is running, it twist back and forth like mad! plug wires are going crazy with it also.
