Replacement unit for Johnson Evinrude Magnum and Magnum 2 Counter Rotation lower units.
It is a direct replacement for the Mag II
If you are replacing a Mag (the original) you will need to remove the alignment pins from the new lower unit.

SEI 90-306-01K Water pump kit is for the non-3.4L engines. It is not a direct replacement for the high horsepower 3.4L engines. The correct kit for the 3.4L engines is Evinrude OEM# 5007972 (see related parts below)
The 3.4 liter would only be on 250hp to 300 hp engines
