5007423 - Johnson Evinrude VRO Fuel Oil Pump

Replacement VRO Pump for Johnson / Evinrude is a 4 wire pump, but it is used to replace 3-wire pumps except 2 cylinder engines. Instructions are in the tech info sheet.

Replaces the following previous VRO pump part numbers: 0174566, 0174257, 0174425, 0438406, 0175163, 0174879, 0174619, 0174563, 0174720, 0174567, 0174427, 0174264, 0175161, 0174565, 0175425, 0174424, 0174247, 0175162, 5004559.

Check for the original part number for your motor from the parts listing for your engine model number.

Note: If motor does not have wiring for "NO OIL" warning, order harness #174710.

For CR and CO (1984 - 1985) cross scavenged V6 outboards with original pumps (did not have "NO OIL" warning) will need bracket #331122 to provide clearance for "NO OIL" circuitry on new pump.

With VRO Pump Kit 5007423 the actual VRO pump may be marked 5004554. The kit is 5007423 but the pump may be marked 5004554. This does not mean that you have received the wrong parts.
