It was released primarily as a metal-to-metal contact adhesive (cylinder to crankcase, gearcase halves etc) and can be used in all appllications where we formerly recommended adhesive type M in addition you will find it does a good job on joining rubber to metal or fiberglass ( such as seals to upper and lower motor covers): of joining urethane foam to fiberglass or metal (like sound blankets to motor covers): and for attaching metallic nameplates to motor covers.
