Fits: 2 Cylinder engines (1990-92) using the UFI (Under Flywheel Ignition) and 6100 RPM Limiter.
These kits provide a method of eliminating wire abrasion and possible damage to the ignition module on 1989 thru 1991 4thru 55 HP Evinrude and Johnson outboards.
IMPORTANT The installation of this kit requires special service tools and should only be performed by a trained service technician. The locating tool required is Locating Ring 334994. See the additional photo for example text from a 1991 service manual, but the proceedure in your service manual should be followed by a trained technician.
