    I have a 1990 200 evinrude tha I have a 1990 200 evinrude that sneezes from the top left carb( looking at the carbs from inside the boat ) upon start-up for about 2 minutes when i start her up on the ears. She fires right up with no problem its just that sneeze i want to correct. ANY IDEAS ?
