"Motor will not start(Run) unless i disconnect the single wire plug ( Black\yellow) from the powerpack. unplugged she starts on the 3rd spin, connected she turns over but will not crank.once started with the plug disconnected she will not turn off from the key switch until the plug is reconnected. Any Ideas?"
