    I have no extra electronics, just need a starting battery. I understand battery construction. I have read here that the charging systems on these motors seem to be sensitive to battery internal resistance...That's why I was inquiring about a specific battery.     Hello, I got the nut loose but cant find a way to get the pinion off. The last one I did seems to have had a thicker nut, and as i turned the driveshaft the nut pressed against the clutch dog and popped the pinion off the shaft. This one seems to have a thinner nut and it comes all the way...

    Changing a 99 225 long shaft to a short.....

    I am replacing the upper mount on my engine with a solid one. Is it necessary to change the lowers at the same time. It is the venom model with the stiffer mounts, and the lowers seem to be just about solid aluminum.... It is a high hp, high speed boat. Any advice will be appreciated. If so...
