I’ve replaced my entire electrical system by being told to replace different parts by local mechanics to do so & still no difference. Even though the stator definitely looked like it had melted.Today I ran it on a portable tank with different line & primer bulb too & still have very weak hole shot & if it does get on plane it surges. I pumped bulb continuously & did manage to get to 4600 rpm. When I quit pumping it came off plane to an idle. On my own tank, line & bulb it will start fine & idle all day & will run slightly above an idle if you give it some gas. It will usually eventually get on plane after a bunch of attempts with a very weak holeshot & will start surging like it’s running out of fuel. The bulb will get soft & it & the line have been replaced & antisiphin valve has has ball & spring removed too. I’ve also tried it with the gas cap removed. Even though I’ve rebuilt it Is this the vro fuel pump causing this? Thanks
