Honda BF50 plug fouling

I need some help. My honda BF50 runs great but, fouls plugs. Here's the catch....I use it to troll, therefore At constant trolling speed the plugs foul and I have to clean after each use.
Question: are there any plugs I can use that are non fouling, burn hotter, or burn clean even in low rpm trolling or idle speeds?

Thanks,

That is a 4 stroke motor and should idle / troll all day long no problem.-----What is the oil level in the crankcase ?----Is the thermostat installed and working properly ?

Both new. I'll try lowering the oil level. No other trouble shooting performed. I haven't known what else to try. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hondadude is the expert and I'll certainly defer to his opinion. BUT, is it possible you are experiencing break-in issues? That is, has that engine been run at wide open throttle for several hours in order to properly seat the rings and valves. How new is the engine and how many hours on it?

Those are my exact thoughts. There is a 10 hour break in . The first two hours are at various lower speeds and the during next 8...the engine should not be idled for long periods of time and should not be run at full throttle for more than 5 minutes at a time. The engine should be run at the higher speeds for proper break-in.

If that was all done, since it is so new, then other things will need to be checked. Time for a return trip to dealer....or at least a call to discuss.

And I will throw something in the mix that often gets "overlooked" (read ignored):

Those few hours of going through the break in "procedure" are important to set the engine up for a long life of service. But those few hours can also deposit a higher than normal amount metals, gasses and moisture in the oil.

That first oil change, typically done at the end of the break in period and NOT at the normal service interval, is very important and should not be "stretched" for any reason.

The gasses and moisture combine to create acids that can etch machined surfaces and chromium coatings.

And you can surely guess at what small flakes of metal in the oil can do to bearings and contact points.

Just sayin'

JGMO is correct on that point, and it's also essential to drain the lower unit and clean off the magnetic plug for the same reason.
