Honda BF250A Cylinder Head

Hello every one,

Urgent help!!!
I have a 2018' Honda BF250A that has cracked both cylinder heads.
I'm trying to order online, but according to the manual, the left and right heads have the same part number, so I don't know how to order without getting two left or two right Cylinder Heads.
Does anyone have experience with ordering? Is it possible that the cylinder heads are the same? interchangeable parts? Just to mention, I only need cylinder head blocks without camshaft valves etc...
I asked several Honda service centers but no one gave me a precise answer.:unsure:

Hi,
I am FAR from being an expert on this but just pointing out that the "quantity" listing for the part is typically the number of those required on the engine or, "quantity required".
In this case the quantity for 12210-ZYA-020ZA is 2
That seems to indicate that the head is symmetrical and could be used either side if you get the "front and back" part of placement correct. The same looks to be true of the head gasket.

www.boats.net lists the older part number 12210-ZYA-010ZA as "unavailable" but I typed the new number into search and it appears that they do sell them. You might try giving them a call to see what they say about it.

You could also compare prices between them and yumbo-jp.com although yumbo shipping cost could negate any savings.

But, either one of those outlets will be lower in price than directly from Honda. Even though boats.net and yumbo both sell genuine Honda parts.
