No alarms lights or tones

1st wouldn't start found one of the battery cables burned in half. replacement was over $500 so I cleaned the cable and connected them together.

2 boat ran then would drop RPMS then pick then drop again an pick up etc. I replaced all the fuel line tank to the engine. still doing it. I finally found the new pretty gray fuel line with the pump was separating replaced . after one trip engine wouldn't start. I didn't the fuel filters were insstalled the end of last season

3. took to dealer 3 weeks later couldn't find nothing wrong. Got back to dock it shut down wouldn't start. called dealer booked until February.

4. Fuel looks OK switched to other fuel tank wouldn't start.

Now going to have another mechanic look at it

Anyone have an idea what the problem could be.

Are you talking about the starter cable assembly was burnt in half?

If so, what caused that? It had to be a dead short some place. And just how did you spice the wires back together? You should use an overlapping clamp connector on something that critical, then insulate it very well. Did you test resistance in both cables after the repair? It should be very low on cables that large. It is possible that there is too much resistance in those cables that is preventing enough amps to get to the starter. Bypass the cable with a set of good auto battery cables to see if that fixes the problem. If it does, you will need to spend the $500 for a new cable set.

Specifically what was that "pretty gray fuel line with the pump was separating"?? Are you talking about the primer bulb on the fuel line from the tank? If so, did you change the primer bulb also. They have a check valve inside that will sometimes fail and cause a fuel restriction.

I agree with chawk_man. Your cable splice probably isn't serving you well here. You need to volt drop test that cable. I'll wager it has high internal resistance that you will only detect by voltage drop testing. Google it if you want to try it yourself.
