BF50D Outboard - fuel injection not firing

How do I diagnose fuel injection problems? We cleaned out the fuel system and can confirm we’re getting flue to the injectors but they are not firing. We soaked and cleaned them all with injector cleaner and hotwired them to test the triggers. Engine turns over strong. Electrical connections seem snug thoughout.

Could it be a sensor issue? Fuel sensor? Mass airflow?

Check the fuses. Wire diagram shows battery voltage is supplied from a single fuse....#6 in the fuse box...to the injectors via a yellow/black wire. That wire also feeds the two crankshaft position sensors AND the ECM ignition P1 and P2 terminals via branch splices.

If no voltage to the Inlet side of fuse #6 then suspect an issue with the main relay as it feeds that section of the fuse box.

Good luck.

Check for spark, usually if you have spark you will have injector pulse. Have you checked your fuel delivery pressure? Could also be a failed fuel pump.
