Hello!

i have problem with My Honda bf 135 2006..

i have the serviceplug connected and get the faultcode 26..

anyone have a list for the codes on this engine?

I believe fault code 26 is oil pressure, you can do a search of that code on this forum and should find some helpful info.
 
I have connected the servicepin..

i get two Long flash and six short.. and then over Again..

i have had this problem fore some time..
 
My factory manual says code 26 - engine oil pressure switch, short or open circuit in wiring or faulty ECU,try cancelling the fault and see if it comes back after running the engine, it may be an old fault that wasn't cleared after being repaired
 
Okey this can be right.. this engine have had loss of oilpreassue in the past

we have Done a big renovation because of this lack of oilpreassure

to clean codes you turn ignition on then take the deadmanswich on and of five Times’ right?

I ran down to the lake to clear the codes ( we hade only 2 months of boat season here so its kinda in a hurry) ;)

there was no problem clearing the codes and they sid not come back during a testdrive...

but..

now the check engine light is glowing all the time.. no blinkning just constent glowing.. remeber seeing something about the oxygensensor when this light is on all the time.. right?

the engine does not run properly i might add.. its like no power over 3000 rpm.. almost like its not enough fuel.. but this can be oxygensenosr?
 
No its still installed.. but this would not give me performance problems with the engine i guess?

I Will take the boat up from the sea and look everything up.. to be continued ������
 
Just to jump back in and make a correction....

The list of codes that I linked is for use with an HDS or Dr. H.

When I got to work today, I grabbed a physical manual and found two sets of codes in it. One for HDS/Dr. H and one for winky blinky.

I did not see the winky blinky in the digital manual that I use from Honda.

Go figure.

I would say they don't show that for Dr H and HDS because they show the fault as number of oil alerts, same with overheat too .You are right, the trouble shooting list without HDS is slightly different
 
The code 26 was an Old one.. disconnected the servicepin and check engine light is cleard. Now i Will continue troubleshooting with the power.. i think it is fuel related. Thnx guys ��������
