Alpha I leg stealing power?

could the prop have a slipping hub?could be coincidental with the work done.Id try another prop,as well as fresh gas in aux tank as suggested
 
Maybe it's me but i did post a checklist. So if it isn't growth, or hidden water in the hull for sure go down the check list one at a time till you found the problem.
 
all this supposedly happened after getting fuel. Could the fuel be more than E10 or contaminated with another product. Could the TPI be faulty. Could the TPI/knock sensor be acting up at that rpm setting.(slight knock).
something loose on the block simulating engine knock. Try some hi-test from a outboard tank hooked to the fuel inlet. performance returns=fuel is bad/contaminated.
My take on trim tabs is up all the way to plane with drive trimmed in all the way. once on plane (after trimming the drive for max rpm)adjust the "tilt" with 1 trim tab.
