Hi,
I know nothing about this model of outboard so I'm just tossing out an idea or two. Probably no help but you never know.
I see these have two relays in the electrical junction box. Items 5 and 6 in the link. They are labled fuel pump relay and power relay respectively
The depiction shows them plugged in to their sockets horizontally. I have seen relays that are mounted like this actually fall out of their sockets from vibration.
You might simply unplug them and plug them back in to ensure that they are firmly attached.
Other things that come to mind are:
Check your emergency kill switch and maybe pull the tab and reinstall.
Check your water fuel separator. I don't think it would cause this but, it's electrical so you never know. Might be worth a look.
If your owner's manual has a reset process for the ECM, you could try that or disconnect the battery for awhile (the longer the.better). That will often "reboot" and ECM.
This could simply be a bad connection someplace but that can be difficult to find sometimes. I always start with the battery clamps at the battery and then go to the 1-2-both switch (if equipped) and then to the starter connection and main engine ground point.
Occasionally just wiggling the cables and wires with the key on will reveal something.
Bad or rotten cables can cause this or even the ignition switch. Those would need to be trouble checked with a meter and possibly a wiring diagram. If you don't have that stuff or the required knowledge, you may need to get someone to help you.
Hopefully someone else here will have better advice for you.
Good luck.
Good luck
