Is there a trick to getting a prop off the shaft. Mine appears to be corroded on. I squirted some penetrating oil on it but it doesnt seem to help. Is there a puller that will work for that or do I need to cut it off?

This is a picture of the port prior to the repair. I'm sorry to say that I dont have an after picture because I wasnt there when they put the exhaust manifold back on. A picture now would just show the manifold and not be useful.

I removed the exhaust manifold to replace the leaking manifold gasket. The exhaust manifold was in near ferfect condition... the exhaust port on the head (#4 I think, farthest back) is all corroded and there is only about 1/16" left for the gasket to seal upon.

I've got a fairly new exhaust manifold (7 yrs ago, VERY light fresh water use) that recently developed a leak (not a water leak, exhaust leak). With a hose to my ear... I can tell its coming from the the rear cylinder. The others are fine.

My lift wouldnt go up, only down. I traced it down to a bad relay. Took the relay to the parts store and they had an aftermarket one with the same pins/specs. plugged it in... the lift works no problems up and down. Only problem... the new relay is about 1/4 inch bigger and taller than the old...

When I put the boat in the water a slight film of oil comes off the top of the OD. Not a ton but enough to notice. when I check the OD dipstick.. the drive oil is clear and clean so I dont think I'm getting any water intrusion. Is this condition normal?
