Wont start mariner 30 hp

So far replace spark plugs, checked for a spark, had a spark on top and bottom, new fuel with 50:1 mix. Ran last week.. any help is greatly appreciated!

Little bit of carb cleaner does get it to start for a second but then dies.. fuel issue?

Took carb off and cleaned it all up, nothing looks damaged or off… any other ideas to try before throwing in the towel?

Took fuel line off carb and when I squeeze primer bulb fuel is coming out, that mean fuel pump is good? Sorry I am an idiot with this stuff

No that doesn't mean your pump is good it simply means fuel can flow freely through the system. You should check your fuel pump it is often simpler to rebuild than a carb.
