There wiil be two in the Y pipe, one on each side. You can usually slide the rubber connectors down by tapping them with a hammer and slide out the down elbows to get at the shutters. you may have to fish out pieces from the Y pipe and bellhousing by taking the drive off.That's it! Will be replacing them next weekend. It's a 2000 maxim 4.3L LH Alpha.
