What are these for?

They are small end cuts of wooden blocks glue to the hull side on either side of the engine area. Are they dampers for vibration from the engine?
The pic is upside down, so I flipped it and added another. I don't see a what to delete the first one.

Those are probably for side tank installation so that the tank doesn't chafe on the molded strake. Or perhaps for some aspect of the construction. Dunno

It has the tank under the deck. Could be the hulls were used in other configurations.

Are there any more along the sides of the hull? Could have been used as brace points for the hull during manufacturing.

No, just a little section on both sides like the picture.
