Trim relay cross referance

I have a 2012 115 fourstroke and the trim up is not working. I can swap relays to get it to work. Does anyone know which automotive relay will work in its place that I can get at napa or autozone?

Any five terminal relay should work as long as it has the same tab insert to fit the connector. If the connector got wet you may be able to clean the connections and put back together with dielectric grease.
