Throttle & Gear Cable Replacement Question

I'm going to replace my cables this winter. Are the parts that have a number in (xx) the length? I have a Worldcat 266 with twin BF225's and there are many cables that will fit my motors, just not sure which ones are the correct length. The ones that will be replaced are looped 2x over a foot in the transom space so I assume they are too long. Also what are the differences in the cables that are priced at $50-$75 and the ones over $150-$200 other than length?

For example, does this mean it is 26' long?

Sorry for all the questions, but I have not done this with Honda's before.

Thanks,

Easiest way, remove cables and measure them. You need the loop at the engine to avoid tight bends. Use the best quality cables ( lowest friction) available or you will have shifting problems.

I replaced the cables on our Outrage last year.
Thought I'd be clever and work out the length before removing the old cables - so I did, but then I decided to remove the old cables anyway just to check and they were 2' longer than what I'd worked out! Glad I checked before ordering.

Unless you can see the numbers on the cables then pull one out and measure it just to be sure.
