Swivel casing removal

Good Morning All
I'me trying to remove the swivel casting(the part the engine pivots in) to steer, i have the gear box off and the extension case.
All thats left is the engine sitting in the oil case and the swivel casting and the 2 transom clamping brackets.
I have laid the engine on the floor so that their is no weight on the swivel casting, i can't se any bolts or fixings but the casting wont slide off the steering tube.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

My apologies it's the same motor with the water problem 9.9HP Electric start, year i'me not sure about
dont have the engine No. with me at work.

It has top mounts which you undo in order to remove engine from the swivel bracket, without seeing it's hard to explain but it is not a very complex job
