switch box swap

have a 1986 175 and just swapped switch boxes. it came with the 1a box and switched it to the 12 .
The original problem at mid throttel and taking off it was
Dropping a cylinder. Now that I put the new ones on I have no spark.
Any suggestions? To check if im getting voltage to the box when the key is on which terminal
Should I check on the top row of 4?
 
Not familiar with that motor, but usually you shouldn't see voltage there from the battery. Most Merc electronic ignitions make the volage they need in the stator while running.
