Swapping Motors

TAGS : None So I'm swapping my '92xr6 for a '84 Blackmax 150 due to a burned piston. The BM is on a Skeeter but I'm putting it on a 92 Pantera II. Do I set theBm at the same distance on the jack plater as the Xr6? Do any of you guys know if the electronics will interchange or will I have to swap the controls as well? Thanks in advance.
 
Should be plug and play on the controls, will will need start over on setup of boat and drop prop sizes as the 84 150 is a 2.0L and is only about 145hp at prop vs the Xr6 which is a 2.5L and had about 160hp at prop
