Specific RPM question

I have a very specific request. I need to know the optimal wide open RPM operating range for my specific engine.
It is an evinrude 1978 200 hp........ serial#. 200849R.
I just can't find it on google. Very thankful in advance...
 
Thank you. I know this is a confusing long shot but my merc had a you tube video showing me how to link and sync all the moving parts to the timing. By chance does this engine have anything like that with a catchy name I can google?
 
Nothing real fancy throttle pickup is 5 degrees btdc, the butterflys should just begin to open at 5 degree before top dead center and max spark advance is 28 DBTDC.
