separating dual binnacle BF150

Changing the shift/throttle cables on dual BF150. Never did this before so I have some questions. Would like to do one engine at a time, is this possible or do I have to pull all 4 cables at the same time.
Stbd engine is derigged at this time, changing the rigging tube and ends, both tubes are split.

Helm access is limited, how do you separate the binnacles

Remove the binnacle cover, then remove the joined binnacles and separate. Fairly straight forward
