Runs great but when been running for a short time

I have a 40hp mariner it starts fine at first but when it's been running and gets warmed up and stop it won't start straight away. Has any one got any idea why it's doing this. Cheers

Think it's early 90's but not sure but will try and find out

It is a 1992 model runs great as just had carbs sonic cleaned but like I said when warm won't start straight away

Like it's flooded got to pull cord when off a good few times then turn on no choke won't start then half choke again then push choke in a little at a time till choke off

Also it takes about 10mins to get it started
