So my 97 evinrude 115 has a remanufactured powerhead that got put on last year. This engine has given me a run for my luck and my wallet for sure. I could continue on all my older threads but I think this is easier for me. So here goes. I did the typical pull the plug boot with engine running to see if all the Rpms drop. I'm running on all 4. BUT, BOTH Port cylinders barely dropped any Rpms. They did drop, but I had to put the boot up to the spark plug a couple times because I could barely tel a difference. But it did drop. Now on both starboard cylinders, there was A very noticeable drop in rpms when I pulled the spark plug boot. Does this mean I need to check out the ignition system?

this first link is what the idle on the outboard sounded like in neutral and in gear when I first got the powerhead put on.

this second link shows what the neutral and in gear idle currently is. I must also note that this wasn't an overnight thing. Since I got the powerhead put on the Rpms steadily dropped each trip I took it out. Any advice and help is greatly needed and appreciated!! I'm trying to not pester work so much about my
boat since I'm always having issues..
