I have a bad cylinder and am going to Purchase a new Power Head. Who makes the best ones and where should I Purchase it? Should I purchase an Extended Warranty? They come with a one Year Warranty and I could purchase another year for $400. My last question is they come in black can I steel wool it and use Evenrude OEM BRP Gold Touch Up Paint on the engine? Mine is Gold. I can not find anywhere that it claims it is high heat. Thanks

4) Yes you can paint it with the gold paint as it will be fine..
5) Make sure you find reason the cylinder failed as if ignition related the replacement will fail also​

It is The #4 cylynder. The electrode on the Plug was smashed flat. I am assumimg a ring broke? How would I know what caused a broken ring?
