Pulling cylinder heads on V6 BF200

I'm having issues with both heads since my timing got thrown off. I'm gonna pulll both heads off, but after examining what I am about to get into, it looks like it would be very difficult to pull air intake off before removing head or heads..So my question is....Is this done by leaving the intake manifold on and pulling both heads simultaneously? Also, should I pull exhaust off with head? Thanks!

Skooter, at this point my strong advice is to invest the $116 or so in the official Helm shop manual for the 200/225. Head removal is given in a step-by-step procedure.

Intake comes off then heads come off.
