Powerpack

I have a 1997 johnson 150 faststrike had no spark in any cylinders. Replace the powerpack and optical sensor and it fired right up runs great but one thing I can't turn the engine off. I checked the ignition switch all good . The blk and yellow is grounded at the powerpack could the powerpack be defective.

If its a CDI pack check the pins in pack connector as may be bent over...
