Please help!! I'm stumped

Hi everyone! My 95 Johnson fast strike 115 is giving me a fit. Here's the issue: the motor starts and idles great. You can bring the boat on plane and accelerate to approx 3500rpms. If you try to take it passed that point, the motor begins to bog down and will not accelerate. However, if you push the choke key in for a couple seconds, it will pick up and run great for a few seconds before returning to 3500ish Rpms or you push the choke again to keep it accelerating. After working on it some more yesterday, we tested the motor on the water and squeezed the primer bulb while running to see if the motor would pick up but that didn't help. The only thing that would make the motor pick up was pushing the choke key.

So so here's what all has been worked on:
new fuel lines on the engine (all the preformed ones)
rebuilt carbs
new high speed jets
rebuilt vapor separator with new needle
new primer seloniod cover and selector valve ( the old cover had a crack)
primer bulb was replaced when the issue was first noticed

Any thoughts???

The " choke " is actually an electric valve.------------When you push in the key it opens up and the fuel pump provides pressure to squirt fuel into the engine.------This fuel bypasses the carburetors and this seems to suggest that you need to revisit the carburetor work !-------Are the carburetor bowls plastic and are they warped ?

We have rebuilt all 4 carbs with new floats, new needles and seats, new high speed jets, new complete gasket sets. Two of the bowls were warped and were also replaced. What exactly should we look for with the carbs? Thanks.

When we torn into the carbs to rebuild them, the washers were not there so we didn't use them on the rebuild. The bot was running great before it started this issue I can't seem to figure out. Thank you all again for all the suggestions. I really appreciate it!!

Air is leaking in somewhere.

Is the oil side of the fuel pump still connected? If not, maybe the plug in the line is leaking air. Maybe a rebuild of the fuel pump is in order? Could be a gasket or diaphragm in there that has failed.

Those carbs don't require the washers under the seats
Exactly thats why I asked as if installed the float level will be on the lean side. I have seen 2 motors with the plastic connector where fuel/oil lines enter cowl cracked and suck air and not leak fuel.Could also be a problem with VRO such as swelled check valve or flapper on fuel side, if this is the case pumping bulb would not improve problem as inlet would still be restricted.

The oil side is connected. According to everything I have looked at, the fuel pump cannot rebuilt. It can only be replaced on this model engine. At400 bucks, I'd love to be able to know I'm buying what will fix the issue. Is there a way check the fuel pump on a 1995 faststrike115 to see if it needs replaced.

????------But, but repair kit is available for a VRO pump.---------Elegantly easy to take that pump apart for inspection.----Nothing to it !

Ok guys. Update. Since my last post I have replaced the fuel pump with a new one and it didn't solve the issue. However, we may have discovered a problem. One of my carb bowls is warped and leaking. Another is slightly warped but not obviously leaking. Could this be my issue? Do I need to start thinking electrical problems?
