Plain vanilla Ford 302 into Cobra

I have to give up on the Chevy engines. I am on my third (don't ask) and this one is looking too questionable to install. The questionable Chevy is under the green tarp in the wide shot. I got it thinking I'd just plunk a runner in there and be done, but this thing is looking so funky now that it's apart that I have to put one of my (rebuilt) Fords in. I got it freshened up over the weekend with new paint.
As you can see it has Osco center riser manifolds and elbows on it as well as a closed cooling system. Came out of an old Carver.
Here are my questions:

Does anyone know if there is a shifter bracket for Ford engines that will fit the intake bolt pattern and where can I find one? I have the one that fits the chevy. I suppose I can make it work somehow, but if there is a part out there....

How do I connect the center riser output (3") to the Cobra exhaust Y pipe (3.5")?

Any help appreciated
