Issue: my engine will alarm (continuous beep, i can't see the light and drops the rpms to 2800) if left in idle for too long or taken Over half throttle. I'm not sure which alarm however I'd assume it's tempature because the oil is perfectly at max (i realize that's not ideal however it's not over so i doubt it's the oil alarm)
Engine details: 2017 25hp 4 stroke EFI model #: 0r635199
Backstory and work done: one night i got caught in the kelp beds and had to limp home mode for 3 hrs. Had a crack in the cylinder head which was allowing water to mix w the oil. So I purchased a new one reinstalled the rocker arms, cam shaft, fuel injectors, replaced the gaskets. So no more oil in the fuel. Now it alarms. I've replaced the impeller, lower unit oil. And it still beeps. Im waiting on the new thermostat however I just pulled the old one and ran it without it and had the same issue (ran it at dock at just over half throttle without issue and the second i went to leave the dock it began beeping). Could it be a bad sensor or actually the thermostat.
