I have a 15’ bass boat with a Mariner 75 engine that I am trying to get cleaned up after sitting for 2 years. The tilt wasn’t tilting up and I read that it might be the tilt solenoid/relay. I replace that and the tilt worked perfect for about 1-2 minutes before the power went off. Then I unhooked and rebooked the battery cables and the tilt worked again for around 1-2 before the power went out again. I also noticed that when I rebooked the battery there is a buzzing noise coming from the engine with all the switches off before the power goes off. I am new to this and any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!
