We can't imagine why this info isn't in your log book from the last oil filter change! (I'm half joking.... but you get my point!Can't imagine why two shop manuals wouldn't put that data in the book........
It will run on straight 30 Wt. 15W40 wt. of the major manufacturers or Merc. 25W40. I would run the 30 wt. in a 4 banger. Stay away from the Fram filters...junk...that's why they are so cheap. Remember the size of the filter affects the amount of oil required for the engine. Purolator filters are a great value for the money...Wal-Mart sells them cheap.And what kind/type/brand/weight of oil to use??
