Loaded and brought home ran great all week with not one hitch. Went out the other day and was gonna go fishing, but my 225 Optimax just turns over strong. I have check air psi and it hits 80 psi and holds for at least an hour maybe a little less. Battery has been onboard charger for five days to assure it is strong, it is two year old and has been charged in off season every two months. Changed fuel filter found that filter had trapped a good bit of small debris found while inspecting the pleats. Rebuilt primer fuel pump (first filter double diaphragm working off piston vacuum). Provided 12 Volts to low volume or high pressure fuel pump ( I can't tell which is energized, or whether both are) I only hear them or it running. I haven't taken the fuel bowl apart as of yet, but do have fuel at the check point for fuel psi yet I know it should be 90 psi and should maintain a 10 psi difference. Kill switch checked good as during turning the kill switch will kill turn over. Fuel bulb pumps hard and remains so. ohms checked the oil sensor and shows good and ran an ohms check on fuel pumps and they check good, as I only had on lead to the pumps, but suppose one could have an armature problem. I don't receive a system check signal before turn over as I did last time out. Relay to fuel pump checks good as it has been check by switching with both tilt trim relays they are all same numbers. I do have a mind blower for me, when I turn the key on and leave it for about 30 seconds I get one beep, then the relay energizes, and the fuel pump energizes, and this continues in the same time cycle over and over, although I have never allowed more than five cycles. I have checked all the fuses I am able to fine (starboard top left side) 4-20 amp but have not found the 5-amp that is installed as a spare. The motor is a 2001 and I have owned it for Ten years without a hitch. My apologies for being so long winded, and any assistance or advice will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
