Newly honed cylinders with flash rust...

Despite oiling them down and storing in a sealed plastic bag, my freshly honed and washed cylinders have developed an orange hue. I can wipe them with a rag and most of it comes off, but some stubbornly remains. Can I just wipe them as best I can and oil them up before reinstall of the pistons, or do I have to get rid of it completely?

Thank you all for all your help!

Once you wash the cylinders with soapy water you get this rust.-------Porous cast iron soaks up water and you get this rust.----See this all the time.-------Just clean with an oily rag and assemble the motor !!!
