Can somebody please explain to me where do theses connections go, on a 2000 Johnson 90 hp 4 cylinder ocean pro self oil injection . On the motor there is two hoses been cut off on the motor , I think they are for oil & fuel , and on the oil tank is a oil outlet with a plunger and two connections which one has been cut off as well & and on same piece is a line going back into tank. I don’t what goes where ? Fuel line from my tank does it need a plunger as well and does it hook up to the fuel first or to the oil tank. I don’t know anything about this motor and how it operates at all , posting two pictures showing what I’m talking about can someone please explain to me how this works thanks

The oil injection has been bypassed.----You need to run with 50:1 gas oil mix in your fuel tank.-----It is not simple to reconnect and test operation of this system-----Best get a quote from a shop to help commission test system and the alarms. ----Model # of this motor?

Also the model of the engine is BJ90VLSIG

The one line going back into the tank might be for another model of motor and should be blocked off.
Ok how can u really tell it it has been bypassed and the lines on motor do I connect the fuel line form tank to the white one which loos like a filter ? With the oil if it’s still connected that one with plunger on it I take it would connect to the conection on motor , but don’t they have a return hose somewhere to plug back in the oil tank ?

Oil tank is for a Ficht but can be used on a carb motor. If you want to try and use VRO, fuel goes to the white filter, oil to front of pump and cap off fitting on oil tank. Before use clean oil tank and flush it and supply line. Run pre-mix fuel till you can verify VRO is mixing and using oil. I recommend just running it as a premix motor.

Thanks for reply, do I still have a plunger on the fuel line , and pre mix 50:1 in fuel tell me about then attach line to motor, when I have done that I still hook up line from oil tank . So how many pumps do I do on primer on oil line ? Is it the same as fuel ( pump until it gets hard )

Hurry to a shop.----Have a new water pump impeller installed.-----Have them commission the motor for you.----Have them explain outboard basics for you.-----Find a manual for your motor.----Read it twice before you turn the key.----The motor can be ruined in minutes if mistakes are made.
