motor boggs down when trimming up at high speed

Im having an issue with my engine bogging down on my pontoon boat when I try to trim up at high rpms. when its all the way down it does great, but when I start to trim up it looses power. I don't think the fuel line is being pinched, any ideas would be appreciated.

If engine loses rpm when you hit trim check grounds,rectifier ansd stator.
