Mercury V135 Blackmax carbs

I have a Mercury V135 2 stroke outboard OD155081, my carbs are 3308-9672-C. I was wondering if 3326-828272T37 will work in place of?
They look similar and do state they fit the V135 but when I asked the person selling them he was not sure they would be a replacement. Each
cost of TOP/Middle/Bottom carbs that he is listing (new) are listed at same cost as each complete rebuild kit for my carbs.

I do not want to dig into the carbs and find I need more than just gaskets. I have rebuilt many carbs in my lifetime and sometimes gaskets just don't do the job.
I have found a few thing on this engine since I purchased the boat where the previous owner did not do things right so when I do a repair I prepare myself for
the worse. If the 3326-8282 work in place of the 3308-9672 I can buy them for same price as rebuilt kit.

Unless these have been submerged in saltwater and not pickled or sat with heavy dose of ethanol gasket sets usually fix problem. If the engine was running doubt you will need anything other than needle/seat.

Yes the engine was running but ran rough up to around 2k rpm. With some trouble shooting I found that the top carb was flooding out. To properly rebuild the carbs I will need to take them completely part and soak all carb parts which mean all gaskets and rubber need to be replaced. The needle and seats most likely will be ok after a good soaking. So thinking of buying 1 total rebuild kit and 2 gaskets kits just incase. But if the 3326-8282 carbs can be used in place of my current 3308-9672, I can buy new carbs and be done with it which was the main question I asked.
