Mercury 115 Four stroke power issue

I have a 2014 Mercury 115 4 stroke Model# 1115F23KD Serial#2B058876. My problem is when I accelerate it bogs down for a few minutes then it starts running at full power. Have noticed at low idle speed it doesn't seem to run smooth. Changed out fuel filters, new fuel, all new fuel lines, and spark plugs.
 
Worked on the motor again today, I replaced the float switch inside the FCM and tested both fuel pumps. Fuel pressure to the fuel injectors was running around 42-45 psi. This didn't solve the problem. Still getting a rough run and the motor shakes around 2700 rpms. I watch a Youtube video earlier today, where the guy talked about a vibration problem he was having and that he fixed it by disconnecting the Neutral Safety switch. I tried this today. That appears to be the problem, the motor runs and idles perfect now.. Going to replace the switch.

Mine was running rough at 2400 rpms after it was hard to start. Turn key off and back on and it always corrects the problem
