Marina 60 HP EFI 2007 4 stroke engine VST problem

Hi all, thanks for accepting me, I have the above engine, which starts though not for long with fuel coming out of the bottom of the cowling. The fuel is coming out of the top of the VST, see photo, the pipe with 507 on it . If I prime the fuel bulb, it pours out of the pipe as fast as I am pumping, any ideas please.

The float is stuck or debris under needle holding it open....the tank is flooding..
