I just bought a 2024 9.9 HP Merc. I generally keep a digital version of any equipment I own on file so I can easily search on specific subjects. When I atttempted to do so for this engine, a message popped up saying that it is unavailable for download and that you can only purchase a hard copy. Is this normal for new model years?
