Lower motor mount replacement

I have a 2004 Johnson 115 the reverse quit and it is hard to shift. Upon further inspection I found my lower motor mounts corroded and broken. Any ideas how to replace these. Does the lower unit have to come off? Or just the bolts come out. Any help would be great thanks.

The ones under the powerhead or down by lower unit?? The lower unit will need to come off as the crook in shift rod is usually tweeked also..

It's the lower ones. On the exhaust housing.

Yes it's j115plsrc.

If it's the lower mounts you should be able to replace them without pulling the lower unit. Get a factory service manual.
