Lost Serial Number !

Hi, Is there any other way to discover the year of a Mariner 50hp 4 cylinder 4 stroke, to within a few years. I think it is a 2001, but since I cannot read the numbers, is there any other way to know ?

Look at the carburetors. What markings are on them?

Hi, Cant see any markings on carbs...on CDI Unit 37.82.5064 and 37.818.637.2, is that any good ?
