johnson 225 '96 timing degree

Hello i just bought Johnson 225 hp '96 and the timing its not correct. i know a little about it, and i have the tools to do it, and i will like no know what degree should the timing be set? Thanks

How do you know its not correct???

WOT timing is 18* BTDC.
Idle timing should be on or around 4* ATDC.

I know because it don't start. The motor spins and to start and have to move the timing with the hand.

Take the flywheel off and see if the center magnet is loose.
